Check-in at the hotel is at 14:00
- Your luggage will be delivered to your room door by the hotel porters. There is no need to tip the porter as the porterage fee has already been settled by Nedbank.
- Ensure that your bags have your name tag attached to it as the porters will not be able to deliver your bag without a name tag attached to it. If your tag is no longer on your bag, please speak to a Travel Team Member for assistance.
Check-out of the hotel is at 12:00
- Settle any personal extra charges (e.g., room service, room calls, items consumed from the mini bar or laundry) allocated to your room account.
- Transfer to the airport.
- Check-in for your flight to Johannesburg via Istanbul / Frankfurt.
