Istanbul Airport

The airport in Istanbul is extremely big. Your flight from South Africa to Turkey and the flight from Turkey to Croatia will arrive and depart from Terminal 1. The airport has 1 terminal which services both international and domestic arrivals and departures, it is thus important that you read notice boards and have site of your Travel Team member throughout the transit till such time that you have reached your boarding gate.

Capacity: Istanbul airport manages more than 200 million passengers annually once fully completed, making it one of the busiest airports globally.

Arriving at Istanbul Airport

  • Look out for the Nedbank Top Achiever signage once you have disembarked the aircraft or bus. We will wait for the rest of the group in the passenger corridor. You are welcome to make use of the bathroom facilities while waiting the rest of the group. – please advise a Travel Team member.
  • Istanbul Airport is big and busy, we might have to do some walking to our next boarding gate. If you have difficulty walking, please inform us well in advance so that we can arrange assistance for you.
  • Once the group is accounted for, we will make our way through to our next boarding gate.

Arriving at Dubrovnik Airport

  • All passengers exit from the Arrivals Level of the Main Terminal Building.
  • Look out for the Nedbank Top Achiever signage once you have disembarked the aircraft or bus.
  • Once you have disembarked, follow the signs to Passport Control and Luggage Collection.
  • After going through immigration (Passport Control), continue onto the baggage hall where we will collect our bags.
  • Once you have collected your luggage, please wait for the rest of the group. We will unfortunately not be able to wait for anyone (if you are a smoker and desperate to light up, please be patient and wait until arrival at the hotel).
